minutes 1-3:
155# clean + jerk x 3
max ring dips
minutes 4-6:
185# clean + jerk x 2
max ring dips
minutes 7-9:
205# clean + jerk x 1
max ring dips

at the top of each minute perform the requisite repetitions of clean + jerk followed by ring dips for the remainder of that minute. No rest for load increases.
