CAVING LADDER

pull-ups
32kg kbs (american)
burpees

for 10 minutes perform an ascending ladder of each movement (1, 2, 3, etc...)

score is final number completed of all three movements plus any partial sets

    Scale with extreme caution. Efficient use of approved techniques limits exposure to the hazards of climbing without a safety. For plummeting from the astonishing heights of misconception is galvanized through foolhardy credence. The key to successful ascension is alway a vertical path; continual movement amidst spread-loaded effort. Scaling rapidly upon insertion supplies adequate time for improved position. But understand, wasted movement and static delays only abate progress in route to a foothold on the 324th rung.
