    18/17/15/14 = 64 hang cleans

    Knees to elbows were the key factor in this workout taking nearly 2 min between sets 2-3 of the cleans; as well as totally trashing the grip strength. Ab-mat situps served as a rest for the hands, however, still deprived the O2. Continued to be hooked on 324 pain.
