  2. The triplet was supposed to be part of an "easy" day but at 205# the numbers proved as insidious as carbon monoxide gas. The week's activities have taken a discernible toll and left the machine in a squalid state of disrepair. Nevertheless, if it starts then it runs. Short of running from station to station and not breaking the final three sets on the bench, it took as long as it took to go through at normal speed. Time: 22:14.
Accelerated learned was experienced on the rope traverse. By the third pass it was clear that synchronizing the hands and hooking the heels was the secret to performing a fast and steady "rope walk." There is no question that strength is directly related to form and/or finesse. The more strength a person has, the more capabilities he has in deploying various techniques for surmounting various obstacles.
Be ye warned superheroes, wielders of anachronistic weapons, and snake oil smugglers alike. This 32fourtune 500 company has found its niche at the end of the universe, one that exists in a rogue energy ribbon, wavering between reality and perception. We've declared corporate war on the weak and feeble face of modernity, and established the point of departure. This state of the art institution is committed to the individual who walks alone, whose sole endeavor is to overcome himself in the face of impression, who dares to scale the face of reality, and define his freely chosen objectives. Liberation theology as it applies to fitness is the chemical precursor to fitness nirvana, that is, to free oneself from the slavery of the herd and claim a position on the gridiron of possibilities.
