    It's good to see the posse training together. Strength in numbers.

  3. Training atmosphere = about as raw as it gets. Shirt comes off, bandana goes on ensure laces are snug. Jumping rope easy, burpees draining the finisher was the barbell. Lifting while at near vo2 max. Lights begin to flicker. Training has become an obsession. Weight lifting shoes on order.

    Promote intensity as a derivative of rest. This program enables full-throttle efforts in each round by optimizing recovery. Too often physical ardor suffers as rounds, repetitions, and time accumulates. Mix in the appropriate recuperation and fervor tends to follows.
