BAR FIGHT

  1. Travis says: it's good to be back with the family today missed everyone terribly, and as soon as I get in we are in a bar fight! Reps 27-13-10 weights were 115-120-125 time was 4:56 total.

    Wrists and shoulders still burning and some how came out with a black eye. I bet the other guy is feeling me this morning though.

    Logic defines this battle with fatigue. Avoiding foreseeable sacrament is the product of initial effort. Shortcomings in the opening set naturally lead to increased repetitions at greater weight, a sure way to extend the endeavor. The mandated rest was a precision measure, inserted to force return to the fight. Often when dictating high reps, strategy persuades rest to promote recovery. I wanted focus and stability to reign, while allotting enough time to make each attempt a valiant gauge of capacity.
