  1. A 324 day fitness leadership course specializing in small unit operations, primarily geared to individual thinkers, liberators, and ruthless philosophers. Located in various parts of the world, creating an undetectable footprint, and pressing the enemy's endurance to follow.
The High Mobility Multi-purpose All-Terrain Human Vehicle (HMMATHV) assembly line was crudely assembled beneath the desert sun using a combination of remorseless machinery and basic equipment. Subduing the necessary inertia was like cranking a stubborn motor that refuses to turn over and produce. Only the most capacious arc would be sufficient to bridge the gap and initiate action. Pure volition was on trial today.
The rope was used as a guide for maintaining a low body position on a slippery ground. The thin coat of gravel determined how low the body could track. Front squats were used to finish the legs and extract remaining O2 while tire hops demanded the accumulation of resources amidst fatigue and lack of coordination. Breathless just in time to start muscle ups.
The combination of obstacles was designed to exploit gross motor skills prior to enlisting coordination and finesse. The technical demands and associated diligence that come with muscle ups made for a satisfying ending. Only one broken set at 8 of 10 reps.
