    Nothing but a short sprint today, developing a new movement, and testing it against the effects of the burpee. Unlike the explosive nature of the thruster, the pop squat requires a more finesse and calculated approach, just as an aircraft dials in the instrumentation for landing and take off. It has prudent application and requires further research and development. Only practice will determine the fine adjustments needed to make this a viable tool worth using in the fight against monotony.
