Underestimating the potential damage of personal mass in the form of bumper plates is equivalent to subscribing to the theory the earth is flat. Physical construct has marginal effects on the outcome. Number and stats mean little; weight moved is proportional to output in the confines of time or distance, and remains relative to the operating party. The toll at the onramp was hefty, each segment draining the change jar, leaving the posterior chain in individual links.

Agreeing with Turbo J, the violence of your own mass was more devastating than expected. 8 rds of part one seemed to be the standard of max output. High reps of lower weight deadlift in part two played new games with my body opposing the usual heavy rep scheme. Part three as with all emom events will always pose the question to work fast and rest more, or pace and conserve energy. At 185#, min 1-4 were fast with plenty of rest, min 5 and 6 felt like 10 min of constant work. EMOM philosophy still unanswered.
