Gun salute debrief I ended up using #165 including the vest for the thrusters. 3rft 3 sqt cln thrusters 7 c2b 21 ball slams 9:18 not a fast time by any means, but a confidence builder.
You've identified your weakness. Now make it your strength. Find every possible way to the top of this mountain and don't stop until you're looking down on where you started.
5:34 After one rep the furnace was stoked and pulmonary steam transfered power to the gear case in the form of work. Pumps, boilers, and generators worked at an exponentially higher pace as the work endured. Tension was kept on the posterior chain pushing valves to their limits and eventually overheating the thermal conduction coil on the third and forth volleys. A hunched over sucking sound emanating from the pulmonary pumps signaled a temperature alarm. Pace was kept within the narrow parameter of good form so as to avoid pumping too fast right off the cliff. The asymmetrical nature of the opposing bars provided a break in an otherwise monotonous duel. Double the reps on the lighter weight placed significantly more demand on the piston compressors. The caboose was initially loaded with 105# but one of the plates fell off on the third pas. 70# was good enough to fuel the furnace. Put your pennies on the tracks but stand clear. This train has no brakes.
Steam Engine break down. Got thru 3 rounds and grips failed. rds 4+5 stayed consistent with rep Rx how ever, increased distance to 100m drag between DL's. Punishment for incomplete as follows: 3 rnd afap 20 invert rows,20 push up and 20 handstand push up. Mission not complete failure how ever we made it back alive.
I didn't mention it but was aware of a screaming grip on the 315 fourth and fifth set. This format has so many uses and possible variations. The ascending ladder was chosen to mimic realistic work life's obstructed road to world domination. Most of life's endeavors get exponentially more difficult as fatigue sets in and our appetites grow larger. An insatiable appetite comes with biting off more then we can chew. The only options are to choke or swallow the thunder whole. Clear the table because I'm hungry.

You are a great inspiration.
