    Some days you have it; others leave you wonder where it went. After a brief warm-up on the rings, something told me 55 muscle ups was going to be a hassle. Not a numeric value that's ordinarily attained without struggle, but today’s endeavor felt like a Holy Crusade. The heart of this of this program lies at the beginning and the end. D-lifts were moved smooth and deliberate without hesitation, the other half of this cursed couplet, a different story. As deadlifts decrease, so does recovery time away from the rings. The compounding effect left my ability to consistently string MUs together wavering next to the white flag. Auspiciously, efforts to recapture the Holy Land extented nearly 200 years… I’ll train again tomorrow.
