WOW!!! The results of this one surprised me alot. The lack of conditioning to heat and humidity really took a toll on me today. These last two days have been the hottest we have had this summer.

  2. SUNDAY VEST DAY UNF STADIUM

Sprint to the top of stadium steps where the kettle bell awaits, 20 american swings and 20 push-ups. 3 rds no rest not a smart plan.

    3 min rest
    400m fwd run
    400m backwards run
    400m farmers carry
    400m kb oh carry.

Ipod a must for this one. Standing alone in the stadium after its over looking around was surreal.

  3. I've been to and miss both of the above mentioned locations. Dave, it's probably only going to get hotter.
I've spent many a day at UNF on the stadium with the k-bells. There is something about the collegiate environment that never gets old. I did my first helen there in 12:30. After the first set of k-bell swings I couldn't make my legs run. It was funny. I used the score board for pull ups.

Funny, the object of this workout was heat acclimation. It seems the summer humidity in north Florida decided to appear around the same I was tapering for the CF competition. Very bluntly, my workouts this past week suffered, I’m sure in part due to lack of proper recovery, but the heat was suffocating. I set out Saturday early afternoon in the thick of 90-degree weather to force some face time with the enemy.
