  1. 1st stop 1:37
    2nd stop 7:36
    Total time 10:34
The first part was nothing more than a standard dose of therapeutic electricity, jump starting an otherwise abnormally low heart rate, and restoring the base-like thumping commonly heard on the streets of Miami beach. One minute of rest was just enough to entice the heart muscle to relax while the oxygen starved blood passed through its chambers in preparation for the next task.
Part two was a classic blend of finesse, subterfuge, and sabotage. The cardiac demands leveled off but the diminishing return perpetuated by the compounding movements fried the forearms and broke the final set.
Another minute of rest and the sprint to the finish is on. With a depolarized critical mass pounding the chest from within, the demand of this natural pacemaker restored the arrhythmia to its natural place in the cacophony of suffering and destroyed the will one broken set short of victory.
