    0700 was too early to wrestle with the barbell but someone had to do it.
    225# is a hearty breakfast reserved for a hearty appetite. Apparently I'm on a diet because I just couldn't seem to swallow number eight and nine. Ten went up out of anger and not because of a rectified form flaw.

    Double unders are already one of the more delicate dances but hang the sword of damocles over your head for a real treat. The circumspection and steadfast flow of fine essence is mandatory for avoiding any illogical missteps or flusters. Ride the wave of rhythm while clutching the handles and sucking all life from the vortex of internal intensity. When the jump becomes a noodle bounce and the hands look for respite it's time to pick up the merciless bar of dead weight. The lifeless transaction was bereft of any encouragement. The only contention during this evolution was conservation. With two demanding movements we must perform a risk analysis and weigh the costs of resting against the clock. Do we finish smooth and efficient or barrel through it like a train wreck? Which method comes with a greater payoff?

    Scrub your double unders with Spray Nine and polish them with Brasso, if you can’t see your reflection this one’s going to get rough. Deciphering the route through a mirrored maze of approach tactics requested forethought. Pick a number? Or proceed until catastrophic breakdown? Didn’t matter, I biffed on the third lasso into this rodeo, sent directly to the bar for remediation and penance. Double Unders can serve as an exercise in frustration, ability to vet the mental tarnish of error and produce results surfaced as an underlying bi-product. I credit a bewilderment-induced stupor for enabling unbroken sets to the finish. Most programs train strength, speed, and/or coordination, in unison with physical and mental anguish. Rarely are we afforded the opportunity to mitigate a portion of those pleasantries by virtue of seamless execution.

    i was all set to launch with 115#, then the thought of a "bad double under day" got the best of me and i scaled to 95#. should have stuck with 115#.
