  1. Any other takers? Although I feel more like a frigate today I head the warning shots across the bow and stand ready for an at sea burial. Who can sink this battleship? This destroyer will get under way tomorrow.

Right full rudder, all ahead flank, standby, and brace for impact!

This calamity had me dawning a PFD, standing at the rail, ready to jump overboard. The pull up/burpee combo was taken in stride, maintaining sustainable output. In retrospect, I overlooked the consequences of this task. Continued build up of lactic acid left the power plant unable to find battle override. As the warship came about, the deadlift effort was tackled at bare steerageway. Rarely do I find a mixture of movements that leave me staring into the abyss, considering the benefits of abandoning the ship. The British surely loaded this wod in the heavy guns that sank the Bismarck.

  3. Steve. rx. 8:19, I would like to comment further but I cannot come up with proper terminology to describe what I felt like after this one.
