With nothing more than a warm up, 46 deadlifts, and a complete debacle substituted for a competition, the mental drawing board was chalked with notes. In the presence of a like minded space pirate, training would resume immediately. A program materialized to knock loose corrosion and prime the pump for another week of productivity. Training in an unfamiliar location never felt more like home. The concepts and mentality that forged CFJAX have migrated north, landing in a small corner of a massive warehouse. The competent hands of the architect recreating the atmosphere with eery precision. A creativity imagination is not required to understand the purpose of the tools which occupy this space. In here, work is done.

The decision was made to take a little time off (about 18 hours) and then resume training as expected. The return trip, a little sleep, and post, pre, future analysis ate up most of the down time. Otherwise it would've been shorter.
I brought turbo into the lair and we quickly went to work clearing out the carbon build up, reconstituting the minor tears and fissures, and rebooting the mainframe.
Despite the joy of competition there was an equivalent of a six point consortium on the many theoretical pathways one could take to revolutionize his or her training. My mind is now as vapid from having given birth to the colony of ideas as my voice is horse for expressing said thoughts. If we lived in the same town we would be in wheel chairs. If only our bodies could keep up with our minds....
