FIGHT GONE BAD

1 comment:

  1. 375, up from last year's 361. I forgot how bad this wod is. This year's strategy included starting with wallballs and completely omitting the first and second round row intervals. I have to give credit to Turbo J for this strategy. The row has always been more of an annoyance than anything in this wod. The disparity between the costs and benefits is huge. It takes too much energy to accumulate the calories when the rest will allow for more reps on the other movements. I don't regret skipping it. I was at max capacity and needed the rest.
This wod always leaves me asking the question "what just happened?" I don't feel it anywhere in particular as much as I do everywhere. I hate lifting 75# and don't want to accept the reality of how painful and punishing it can be. This wod is the perfect disaster, one that I will probably lay to rest for another year.
