Last month I did 50 pull ups, 50 burpees, 50 sit ups at Albuquerque and didn't think much of the programming so I thought I would improve it by what you see here. Instead of a diminishing quality of reps type wod I aimed to hammer out nothing but quality reps, finishing each round in about 54 seconds and having a minute to rest. Quantiity has its place in wods such as the filthy 50 but to do these exercises consecutively in 6 or 7 minutes is not as quality of a wod that it could be. Before programming a wod objectives have to be defined and I saw the previous wod as nothing more than packing material.
