This was a disaster. I wanted strict parameters, i.e. squat clean and push jerk only. This was truly a squat clean work out. The bar moved from the ground slower and slower making it more and more imperative to pop my hips open. I miss number 24 because I just wasn't mentally prepared. My jerks started failing in the teens and then came back in the 20s but the movement itself failed. The right answer would've been to default to a split jerk but sometimes you might only have a spoon when a shovel is required. Training at a disadvantage will always put you at an advantage.
