  1. I did yesterday's today. It took 20 min for what it's worth. I'm not sure how important it is to time wods of moderate intensity. It gave me a good idea on how to destroy the legs next time. I think a mile would be a good distance with a one lap run penalty every time (if) you drop the d-bells.
