for one hour perform the following:
400 mtr farmers walk (16kg k-bells)
400 mtr k-bell bear crawl
400 mtr waiters carry
400 mtr walking r k-bell swings
goal is constant work at lower level of intensity
if you have to stop then change exercises

Today I did 5 Back Squats at 225 every 10 minutes for 4 hours. will see how i feel tomorrow. Intresting WOD

That's exactly what we are getting at. I think you stepped so far out of the box that I want to call you insane but I understand what you're getting at. If I was there I would be right there along side you. Hope to see you in April!!
